1. Service
ResumeForge provides AI-assisted resume creation, ATS scoring, and PDF export. Features may change over time.
2. Account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
3. Subscription & Payments
Paid plans (₹1000/month, ₹10000/year) are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the paid period. All sales are final; refunds are at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of resume content you create. The platform, templates, and software remain the property of Vibestack Solutions.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. ATS scores are estimates and do not guarantee interviews or job offers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibestack Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
