ResumeForge is a product of Vibestack Solutions. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address and authentication details when you sign up.
- Resume content: text and data you enter to generate resumes.
- Payment metadata: Razorpay order/payment IDs. We do not store card details.
2. How We Use Data
- To provide the resume builder, ATS scoring, and AI tailoring features.
- To process subscriptions through Razorpay.
- To improve reliability and security of the service.
3. AI Processing
When you request ATS scoring or AI tailoring, your resume content and the job description are sent to our AI provider for analysis. We do not use your content to train models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors necessary to run the service (hosting, authentication, payments, AI). We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your resumes any time from your dashboard. Contact us to delete your account.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with row-level access controls so only you can read your resumes.
7. Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us.
